Oracle to buy Siebel Systems to go toe-to-toe with SAP (AFP)

AFP - US business software giant Oracle Corp. agreed to buy Siebel Systems in a 5.85 billion dollar deal that gives the Silicon Valley firm a leg up in its rivalry with Germany's SAP.
