Trash burning apt to clean cities

URUMQI, Sept. 7 (Xinhuanet, by Xinhua writer Fang Ning) -- About 200 Chinese cities are expected to have a new way to get rid of billion tons of garbage that have encroached 50,000 ha. of land. In a survey, the Beijing Geological Survey Institute has found about 490 heaps, or 10 million cubic meters, of garbage, mostly piled up in the city's outskirts.
