Andrea Martin, Jody Serl and Patrick Novack have been promoted at Cascade Bank of Everett. A senior loan officer in the bank's corporate office, Martin has been promoted to vice president. Martin began her career in banking as a lending officer more than 30 years ago. Also a new vice president, Serl is the manager of the bank's service center at its corporate headquarters. Serl began her career as a teller when she joined Cascade Bank 20 years ago. She has been a branch manager and has managed the bank's online banking product since its launch seven years ago. Novack is the bank's manager of the Evergreen Way branch and he, too, is a new vice president. Novack joined the bank in 2004.
