Russia's Sitronics eyes London IPO

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian conglomerate Sistema's technology arm, Sitronics, is aiming to raise between $750 million and $1 billion when it lists early in 2007 in London and Moscow, a source close to the IPO said on Tuesday.
