(AP) - U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Trent D. Thomas, left, is lead to his arraignment by his Military Defense Counsel Marine Corps Maj. Dale Saran, right, Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2006 at Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base, Calif. Thomas is facing charges as serious as murder for his alleged involvement in the death of an Iraqi civilian on April 26, 2006 in Hamdania, Iraq.
