n a business world increasingly dominated by Orwellian Newspeak, where words are crafted to be vaguer, sleeker and more easily digestible, "IT Management" surely takes the biscuit. For many, the term would be a gross generalisation. And wouldn't it be fitting for us to misunderstand the job title, since much in the world of technology appears so inaccessible to laymen? But the tide appears to be turning, and the IT world is shaking off the legacy of the super-geek.
