I like being organized and having multiple things available to me at a moment's notice. When you also add into the equation that I do a lot of tech support, then there is only one extension I should be looking at. The Text Complete Firefox extension makes quick and easy work out of saving text to use at a later time and date. Here is what the author of the extension has to say about it. The text complete extension adds shortcuts and auto complete functionality to text fields within web forms, the thunderbird message composer, and various other fields within the Firefox browser and Thunderbird message composer. The available shortcuts can be defined through extension options. Shortcuts can be shared through a central XML file stored on a web server or a network share. Text complete was built to ease the typing required by support staff entering standard responses into a web based support system. It is also useful for any information that is often entered into form fields such as E-mail addresses, phone numbers, or too just quickly add a signature to the end of a forum post. This Firefox extension is for versions 1.5 and up of the browser. If you would like to download it and try it out for yourself, you can do so via the Mozilla Add-ons Web site.
