Hogasapian backs call for a new president

Minister of State for Administrative Development Jean Hogasapian said the country has been "born again" and now needed a new president to "reflect the values" of the March 14 demonstration. "The internal scene is witnessing a heated debate about the presidential file after the presidency suffered setbacks and now the change.
