(AP) - In an effort to speed up security checks for holiday travelers, U.S. Department of Homeland Security spokesperson Lara Uselding holds a properly packed clear plastic one quart zip top bag with liquids, gels and aerosols in three ounce or smaller containers which are allowed on airlines along with a display items that have been confiscated by TSA officers at O'Hare Airport, Thursday, Nov. 16, 2006 in Chicago.
