Italy's film hopes fade for a Venice Golden Lion

VENICE (Reuters) - One of Italy's top reviewers jolted the Venice festival last week with a front-page appeal for an Italian Golden Lion, but after three uneven films, painful soul-searching is more likely than a home-grown winner.
