Fired worker sues Allegheny Energy over suit seeking his identity

PITTSBURGH - Allegheny Energy Inc. and a law firm wrongfully used the courts to unmask a worker who posted a racial slur on the Internet about the company's policies, according to a lawsuit filed by a public interest group.
