School Board Slot Could Go to an Election Loser

County Executive-elect Ken Ulman says he plans to appoint someone to Mary Kay Sigaty's seat on the Board of Education by the end of the year. After winning the District 4 seat on the County Council in the Nov. 7 election, she will leave the board.
