New Project Aims to Eliminate Nuclear Fuel

UST-KAMENOGORSK, Kazakhstan (AP) - A U.S.-based nonproliferation group and Kazakh officials on Saturday unveiled a project to eliminate about tons of weapons-grade nuclear fuel which could be used to make some two dozen atomic bombs.
