(AP) - Montreal Expos third baseman Tony Batista fires to first after fielding a bunt by Philadelphia Phillies' Placido Polanco on April 24, 2004, in Montreal. The Minnesota Twins agreed to a one-year, $1.25 million non-guaranteed contract Thursday with the two-time All-Star third baseman, filling another need in their lineup.
