Deadline lapses for Sea View's business search

THE already extended deadline of Oct 31 that Sea View Hotel was given to finalise the search for a new core business to avert delisting has lapsed but shareholders of Sea View Hotel - whose shares have been suspended from trading since end-2003 - are still in the dark as to whether their company has found a new core business.
