Left-backed AAI plan to revamp airports fails to meet standards, two bidders are through

With no record of building world-class foreign airports, the Left-backed plan prepared by Airport Authority of India unions to revamp Delhi and Mumbai airports and meant as a counter to "private players," has failed to meet the standards set by the Global Technical Advisor.
