Orange County government launches Spanish version of Web site

Orange County mayor Richard Crotty, county officials and local Hispanic business leaders today launched the Spanish-language version of the government's Web site to the festive sounds of Latin American instruments such as the guiro, maracas and pandereta as well as music provided by Puerto Rican band, La Rondalla de Orlando.
