Balamand introduces chair honoring renowned surgeon

The Faculty of Medicine and Medical Studies at Balamand University has introduced a new academic chair, to be named after renowned Lebanese cardiologist Michael Dabaghi, the first physician to ever perform open-heart surgery. The chair is to be called the "Michael Dabaghi Chair of Cardiovascular Sciences."
