(Reuters) - Patients wait for their appointments at the West Jefferson Mental Health Center in Marrero, Louisiana December 8, 2005. Three months after Katrina's flood waters receded, mental health experts in New Orleans have seen an increase in patients seeking help for psychological disorders, as residents shift from survival mode to the challenge of rebuilding their lives. More people may seek help as winter and the holidays approach, but health care providers fear they will not be able to keep up with the need. REUTERS/Lee Celano
