Iran sanctions negotiations stall at U.N. (Reuters)

Reuters - Deep divisions between Western nations and Russia have stalled talks on a draft U.N. resolution imposing sanctions on Iran for its nuclear program, U.S. Ambassador John Bolton said on Wednesday.
