The Carolina Panthers' 24-10 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers was the least-watched Monday night NFL telecast, falling below last week's numbers - the previous low for "Monday Night Football." The game was viewed in 7,315,000 households, ESPN said Tuesday.
