FL and AL waivers approved by HHS to provide healthcare to evacuees; similar to TX and MS waivers

The Dept HHS Secretary Mike O Leavitt and CMS Administrator Mark B McClellan, MD, Ph.D announced on 9/23/2005 that AL and FL will get support for the medical care provided to Hurricane Katrina evacuees, including money for uncompensated care, under a Section 1115 waiver.
