Saudi Arabia tops region in creating positive investment climate

Saudi Arabia was ranked the first country in the Arab world in terms of creating a positive climate to attract investments, according to the annual report known as Doing Business in 2006. The report, which was issued by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, centered on the competitiveness.
