Once again, Alberta does a job on B.C.

British Columbia has finally got it together economically, with high growth, low inflation and taxes going down. Yet, it still can't shake its Alberta problem. Our next-door neighbour has once again found another way to sponge a key resource -- this time, it's the labour pool. As bad as this seems, the drain could also have some positive effects.
