Britain and Ireland retained the Seve Trophy against Continental Europe by taking an unbeatable lead in the singles on Sunday. Wales' Bradley Dredge, who had lost his three previous matches, secured the winning point by beating Thomas Levet 2 and 1 to give his side a 15-10 lead on the final day of the competition at The Wynyard Club.
