Georgia slams Russia over rebel region referendum

TSKHINVALI, Georgia (Reuters) - Georgia's breakaway South Ossetia overwhelmingly endorsed its split with Tbilisi on Monday in a referendum Georgia's prime minister said was part of a Russian campaign to stoke a war.
