Hindustan Tin gets shareholders nod for Maharashtra unit sell off

Mumbai, Nov 13: Hindustan Tin Works Ltd today said it has got shareholders approval for selling off its Raigad unit, in Maharashtra for Rs 90 crore to HTW Beverage Can (India) Pvt Ltd.
