Rwanda: Corruption Hampering Success of APRM

African countries have been asked to deal with the problem of corruption in order to fully achieve the objectives of the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) programme. According to a recent release from the NEPAD Secretariat, funding of this programme in many African countries is still a challenge because of the problem of corruption.
