Albany Molecular files suit to halt generic versions of its moneymaker

Albany Molecular Research Inc. (Nasdaq: AMRI) has filed a motion for a preliminary injunction against makers and sellers of unlicensed generic fexofenadine, a key ingredient in the allergy medication Allegra.
