TORONTO, ONTARIO (MARKET WIRE) First Asset Funds Inc. is pleased to announce that First Asset Renewable Power Flow-Through LP IV (the "Partnership") has completed an initial closing of its public offering. The Partnership sold 909,160 units for gross proceeds of $9,091,600. The Partnership is offering up to 3.5 million units ($35 million) and a second and final closing will be held on December 1, 2006.
