Computer Associates Opens Up 14 Patents To Developers (TechWeb)

TechWeb - IBM and Computer Associates have reached a long-term cross licensing agreement. CA announced the agreement Wednesday, while pledging open access to innovations covered by 14 of its U.S. patents.
