13th Nov 2006, 07:31 GMT
The primary mission of the new owners of 10 Penn Center at 1801 Market St. in Center City will be to fill up the building's empty space. The 27-story, 667,825-square-foot building has about half of its space vacant, a situation brought on by Sunoco Inc. relocating its headquarters in 2004 to the Mellon Bank Center at 1735 Market St.
