The controversy over Iran's nuclear industry plans is moving ahead at a steadily faster pace, with Iran and its main Western critics both making moves and statements that raise the temperature level. The Iranian insistence on managing a full nuclear fuel cycle under international inspection almost certainly can be reconciled with Western and Middle Eastern concerns about covert Iranian.
