SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- When taxpayers file their 2007 returns, they'll enjoy higher standard deduction and personal exemption amounts, as well as wider tax brackets, thanks to annual inflation adjustments, the Internal Revenue Service announced Thursday.
