Antiretroviral roll-out on course, says ministry

South Africa on Monday sought to deflect criticism that it is dragging its feet on the roll-out of Aids drugs, saying about 60 000 people have been added to the programme in the past year. The Health Ministry also defended controversial Health Minister Manto Tshabalala-Msimang.
