THE mid-term elections in the United States, US, should serve as a tonic of inspiration for countries preparing for their own general elections. Nigeria is one of such countries which makes the US elections instructive to its leadership, INEC and everyone who has something to do with the preparation, conduct and partcipation in the 2007 elections.
