The dispute that grounded British Airways flights and threatened a weekend of chaos at Heathrow airport is just the latest wretched inconvenience for travellers venturing from, through, or to this country. And it came at a particularly unfortunate moment. Just as Britain is trying to attract foreign visitors back after the terrorist bombings in London, our premier airport once again resembles the concentric circles of hell.
