My laptop has a wireless vulnerabiltiy

Happy Monday. The folks responsible for a Month of Kernel Bugs sure know how to start my week of right, by informing us that there's a major bug in the Broadcom wireless drivers which might allow an attacker to take control of the system. I purchased a new HP laptop several months ago, so I'm on the list of affected systems, something I'm oh-so-thrilled to hear. Luckily I rarely take my laptop to the local Starbucks, but someone could still sit out out on the street by my house and have a chance of taking over my computer.
