Lindros to wear wrist brace
13th Dec 2005, 10:01 GMT
Eric Lindros needed a mechanic as much as a doctor yesterday. The big Leaf centre missed last night's 3-2 win over Anaheim after doctors discovered a tear in a ligament in his right wrist. Despite the seriousness of the injury, though, the Leafs hope some fabrication work will produce a custom metal brace that will enable Lindros to play Saturday, writes Mark Zwolinski.
