(AP) - President of the U.N. tribunal for war crimes for the former Yugoslavia, Theodor Meron, speaks during a press conference after talks with Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica, in Belgrade, Friday, Nov. 11, 2005. Meron was on a fact-finding mission in Serbia ahead of his report to the United Nations in December on the level of Belgrade's cooperation with the tribunal in The Hague, Netherlands.
