(SH) - As if we didn't have enough to worry about - jumping at loud noises because of the 9/11 anniversary, looking nervously skyward when the wind rises on a rainy day because of Katrina - now comes a new threat: killer grass. According to the Associated Press, cogon grass - ranked as one of the world's 10 most dangerous weeds - has taken hold in the Southeast. And cogon grass does indeed sound like one nasty plant: Four foot tall and saw-toothed, fast-growing, fast-spreading, able to grow most anywhere, hostile to other plant and animal species, pretty much inedible and close to indestructible.
