Clausen tabbed as Vol starter

Senior quarterback Rick Clausen scrambles for yardage against UAB last Saturday. Clausen played better than previous starter sophomore Erik Ainge, and Phil Fulmer has decided to make a change. Clausen will get the start against Florida two weeks from Saturday when the Vols visit the Swamp for the first SEC game of the season.
