iceblo Q - Roomba's Strange Cousin
5th Sep 2005, 15:33 GMT
We've seen a few dumpy-looking Roomba-alikes in our day, but it seems someone out there might finally out-Roomba iRobot. The iceblo Q, shown here in pink, is a "silent" robotic floor vac priced at about $600 with Nano Silver filters (??) to filter the air around the device. Korea-only, now, and I'm pretty sure it will stay that way if iRobot has anything to say about it. This vacuum has voice prompts, which is nice, but I'm not sure I want to anthropomorphize my floor vacuum and more than I already do. iclebo Q - Intelligent and Silent cleaning roboticlebo Q - Intelligent and Silent cleaning robot [NewLaunches via AVing]
