Carton Donofrio taking up more space in Angelos' Charles Center

Advertising agency Carton Donofrio is expanding its operations at One Charles Center, nearly three years after the firm moved its offices to the 15th floor of the downtown Baltimore building owned by Peter G. Angelos.
