Pieces of information gathered by The Chronicle has revealed a steamy tale of corruption and greed that has sparked investigations into the activities of a senior official of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning and head of its investigative unit, Mr. James Quarshie, a man loathed by a considerable section of public servants for 'stepping on their toes' in his quest to deal with corruption in the public sector.
