Henry Giugni, political insider dies

Henry Kuualoha Giugni, a confidant to U.S. Sen. Daniel K. Inouye who became the Senate's sergeant-at-arms, died yesterday of congestive heart failure at a suburban Maryland hospital. He was 80.
