Marine Gets Reduced Sentence in Hamdania Killing

A Marine was sentenced Wednesday for the murder of an Iraqi civilian in the village of Hamdania. Pvt. John Jodka could have been locked away for five years, but he received a reduced sentence of 18 months after agreeing to testify against the rest of his platoon's involvement in the crime. » E-Mail This » Add to Del.icio.us
