Iraq Initiates Restrictions to Conserve Gas

Attacks on oil refineries, combined with black market trade of Iraq's cheap gas, have forced the Iraqi government to order expanding gasoline rationing. The government is also enforcing new driving rules in a bid to control gridlock in the capital.
