Westmoreland commissioner repays trip cost

Westmorealnd County Commissioner Tom Ceraso, who flew to the Masters Golf Tournament in Georgia as the guest of companies that have been lobbying on behalf of a now contracted insurance company, said today that he will repay the $3,000 cost of the trip.
