Prestige Brands, P&G in New Comet Pact

Prestige Brands Holdings said it signed a revised and extended long-term license agreement with Procter & Gamble., under which Prestige's Comet cleanser products will be sold in Russia and 14 other European countries by P&G The new agreement will start to generate revenue for Prestige, effective 1/1/2006.
